The Project Workspace is Everbuilt Construction Group’s private project management site for its customers, subcontractors, and staff. Keep construction requests, project files, progress, and approvals in one place—from intake through closeout.

What you can do
Customers can upload photos and plans, view shared project updates and documents, submit project questions, and review estimates and change orders assigned to them. Subcontractors can view assigned work and shared project records. Staff manage intake, tasks, schedules, project communication, and closeout.
What you see depends on your role and project access. Customer and subcontractor accounts are limited to their assigned projects. Signing in alone does not provide access to other customers’ records.
How to get access
If you are planning a new project, send a project inquiry and check “I’d like to upload photos or plans and track my request online.” You can then sign in or create an account using the same email address to upload photos or plans. Existing participants can use their private invitation from Everbuilt. Invitations expire after seven days.
You can sign in with Google or use email and a password. Email/password accounts must verify their email address. You do not need a Project Workspace account to contact Everbuilt about a project.
Why Google sign-in asks for your details
Google and Firebase Authentication provide your account identifier, email address, verified-email status, and display name. Everbuilt uses these details to identify your account, match your invitation or inquiry, and control access to your project records. Google’s standard sign-in consent may also refer to your profile picture; the project database does not store a copy of that picture.
The Project Workspace requests basic sign-in information only. It does not request access to your Gmail inbox, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar. Read the Everbuilt Construction Group privacy policy for information about project data, service providers, browser storage, and privacy requests.
