EVERBUILT CONSTRUCTION GROUP
Accessibility.
We want customers, subcontractors and staff to be able to use Everbuilt’s website and Project Workspace, including people who use assistive technology.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target. We review keyboard access, labels and messages, contrast, text resizing and mobile layouts as we maintain the service. Automated checks are combined with manual review. This statement is not a certification that every page, document or third-party service conforms.
Using the website and workspace
Use the Skip to content or Skip to main content link to move past repeated navigation. You can enlarge text with your browser’s zoom controls and use the keyboard to reach links and forms. Dialogs include a Close or Cancel control; Escape closes a dialog when an operation does not require it to stay open. Motion respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Some project tables, drawings and plans require scrolling or zooming to preserve their detail. The drawing viewer provides zoom controls and access to the original document. Account and project permissions still apply.
Documents and outside services
Uploaded plans, scanned documents, photographs and files supplied by project participants may not have selectable text, tags or other accessibility features. External sign-in and service-provider interfaces may also present barriers. Contact us if you need an accessible explanation, alternate format or help with an authorized project record. We will discuss a suitable way to provide the information; an image-only plan or scan should not be your only way to obtain essential project information.
Report a barrier or request help
Call 813-72-BUILT (813-722-8458), including through a telecommunications relay service, or use our contact form. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. Existing project participants may also contact their Everbuilt representative.
Please identify the page or task, what prevented you from using it, and a way to contact you. Your browser or assistive technology can help us reproduce a problem, but you do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other medical information. If the form itself is inaccessible, use the phone or your existing project contact. We will review the reported barrier and discuss assistance or an alternative way to complete the task.
